Kyle Didier

Kyle is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience in designing and scaling organizational growth, both in publicly traded and privately held companies. Kyle oversees Axial’s financial and operational functions in addition to driving growth through new business ventures.

Kyle started his career in 1989 when he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA in its audit and assurance practice. From there he joined Regis Corporation, where as part of the senior leadership team drove the acquisition of over 100 salons in 5 years on a nationwide basis. In 2007, Kyle joined Shelter Corporation as its CFO, an owner, developer and operator of market rate and affordable multi-family apartment complexes. Kyle steered the organization through the restructuring of its portfolio in the wake of the financial crisis, and became President of the company in 2010, focusing much of his attention on developing operational scale for future growth.

In 2015, Kyle became a founding member and President of The Waters Senior Living Group, an initiative sponsored by Shelter. Over the subsequent 4 years, Kyle built The Waters into one of the most respected senior living operators in the country. The Waters portfolio consists of 13 senior living communities serving more than 1,500 seniors in Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. In 2018, Mr. Didier retired from The Waters, remaining its second largest shareholder. Kyle is very active in his community providing leadership and financial expertise to nonprofit organizations, including The Banyan Foundation. Kyle is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
