Asset Focus


Market-rate, multi-family apartment communities which benefit from fortress locations and clearly identifiable demand-drivers. Identifiable gaps still exist in the marketplace for apartment homes for young and mid-career professionals. 


Active Adult
(55+) Housing tailored to the Empty Nester. Suburban communities with a high percentage of spacious, two-bedroom units create environments suitable for an aging, but still active and growing segment of the population. 


Workforce (or Attainable) Housing
apartment communities which serve the “Missing Middle” ~ those who earn too much to qualify for tax-credit sponsored properties but struggle to compete for market-rate options at price points they can afford.
